Andy did an excellent job in communication. He went out of his way to be extremely helpful actually above and beyond the call of duty. Made all the nonsense that goes on when buying a house easier. I would definitely recommend him .

He has more knowledge about things and the process of buying then I did. This was my first home and Andy’s caring, kindness and patience was really appreciated. He even took time, many times to show my parents the homes I was looking at.
Like he states in his Bio, he really does take pride in what he does. He has a lot of integrity. He makes the home buying process less stressful with the updates, answers to questions anytime.

Andy Stoner is one of those people who walks the walk. If he says hes going to do something, he does it. He’s committed to his clients and always goes above and beyond. He is professional. Andy had to patiently hold our hands on many occasions not only through selling our home, but building our new home. We found Andy online through a real estate website. We asked him to keep an eye out for a waterfront property in Oregon. We had a specific river and specific needs for that property. A couple weeks later we got a message from him one morning letting us know that a property matching our needs had gone up for sale.
