I looked for a house for a year. I needed to find something under 90000, that was fix up able. Andy relentlessly searched for me, helped me with analyzing homes we viewed, and guided me through the bidding process. He was available 24/7 for all my questions or concerns. When we finally found an acceptable house, he found the general contractor who would patiently go through the loan process for a rehab loan, a four month ordeal. He treated me like I was buying a million dollar home instead of a $88,000 home. I have recommended him to everyone who is buying a home, and will use him again. The best realtor by far!!!!

Andy did a super job finding us a house. We live out of town, its very hard to buy a home remotely. Andy was willing to jump over to a house to take an in-depth video of any house we requested. The video was narrated by Andy and as an experienced broker really showed everything a prospective buyer needs to see. We were able to confidently put a good faith deposit down on a house, sight unseen. Ultimately, without Andy yet another house might have slipped through our fingers. There are so many good things I can say about Andy. I met Andy, on a Saturday afternoon in December looking at a home and, immediately liked him. He has more knowledge about things and the process of buying then I did. This was my first home and Andy’s caring, kindness and patience was really appreciated. He even took time, many times to show my parents the homes I was looking at.
