I looked for a house for a year. I needed to find something under 90000, that was fix up able. Andy relentlessly searched for me, helped me with analyzing homes we viewed, and guided me through the bidding process. He was available 24/7 for all my questions or concerns. When we finally found an acceptable house, he found the general contractor who would patiently go through the loan process for a rehab loan, a four month ordeal. A couple weeks later we got a message from him one morning letting us know that a property matching our needs had gone up for sale. He quickly began working with the other realtor and he submitted our cash offer and it was accepted. Escrow closed in 4 business days!!!!! We love our new place on the water and can’t be happier with his services!!

He new my parents were struck with illnesses after illnesses with no transportation and took the time to check on them take them milk, water and run errands if needed. A perfect stranger hired to sell their home became like family and took care of them without hesitation through the whole move back to California with the rest of the family where they belong and needed to be. There are so many good things I can say about Andy. I met Andy, on a Saturday afternoon in December looking at a home and, immediately liked him. He has more knowledge about things and the process of buying then I did. This was my first home and Andy’s caring, kindness and patience was really appreciated. He even took time, many times to show my parents the homes I was looking at.
Like he states in his Bio, he really does take pride in what he does. He has a lot of integrity. He makes the home buying process less stressful with the updates, answers to questions anytime.
